If the hirer is in any doubt as to the meaning of the following a representative of Absolute Bounce should be immediately consulted.
Once you have read this form please sign and date it to signify you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions and give to an Absolute Bounce representative on the day of hire. Duplicate copies are available on the day of hire.

The Hirer (who must be over 18) will during the period of hiring, be responsible for the supervision of all the equipment, its care and safety from damage however slight of any sort.
The hirer must supervise and be authority for all activities, at all times, stopping any play liable to cause injury to others or themselves.
Do not reposition the equipment once an Absolute Bounce representative has set it up, doing so will invalidate any insurance.
When the surface area (including mats) becomes wet discontinue activities and towel dry all surfaces before allowing activities to continue.

The hirer shall not sub hire or allow the equipment to be used for any unlawful purpose.
The hirer shall be deemed to have inspected the equipment and to have agreed that Absolute Bounce has supplied it in good condition unless bought to the attention of Absolute Bounce at completion of assembly. Any problems must be noted at this stage.
Do not use hosepipes or any water devises including water guns on the equipment.

No smoking, BBQ’s or naked flames near the equipment. No shoes, food, drink, chewing gum or sweets on the equipment.

No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used on or near the equipment, this permanently stains and you will be charged for damage.
SUMO There must be adequate adult supervision at all times.

No one with a history of neck or back problems is allowed to use the equipment.

The sumo mat must be sited on a level area at least 1.5 meters away from other obstacles. Your sumo will be supplied with all necessary equipment.

 Under no circumstances must this equipment be modified, repaired or tampered with in any way. We strongly recommend that the area for the sumo be cordoned off for safety and ease of operation.

Adults and children must not use the equipment at the same time

Lay sumo suits onto the mat and get contestants to put them on.

Before participants commence their bout ensure that safety helmet and neck brace is fastened correctly.
Should helmets or neck braces become loose or dislodge during the joist stop the participant immediately.
Ensure that spectators do not encroach on the sumo mat.

Do not allow participants to punch or kick.
Do not allow participants to deliver blows to the head.
Ensure contestants stay on the mat.
The ro8und is won when your opponent is placed outside the marker ring or is made to fall on his/her front or back. We suggest the best of three rounds.

Before commencing the next bout check the mats are in the correct position.
Only 2 adults or 2 children on the mat at one time. No mixed groups.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE Absolute Bounce is protected by five million pound public liability insurance from any civil claim against defective equipment or improper installation. It is important that you understand this does not cover you or any of your guests if an accident occurs under the correct operating conditions or any ones conduct proven to be outside of the terms and conditions. The insurance is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury to any third party or employee whether directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs and or alcohol.

ACCIDENTS All accidents no matter how minor must be reported to an Absolute Bounce representative and recorded on an accident form. If there are witnesses to the accident their statements must be added on the form.

DISCLAIMER Any person using our equipment does so at his or her own risk. Absolute Bounce has the right to cancel at any time. 

DECLARATION I declare that I have read and understand the above terms and conditions of hire and any relevant safety instructions supplied with the equipment. I confirm that all details are correct and I have duplicate copy of this form. I sign this agreement fully aware of the implications and responsibilities placed on me by doing so.
