A) It is always easiest to give us a call on 01275 540731 or you can email at info@absolutebounce.co.uk Q) Is it cheaper to hire an inflatable for an hour or so than the day rate? A) The day rate is charged per hire so it is not cheaper to have a castle for just a couple of hours. Q) Does the price include delivery & setup? A) The delivery cost depends upon your location. Please check our Delivery Area. Setup is included. Q) Do I have to pay a deposit? A) Yes. You can either send us a cheque or pay by credit/debit card over the phone. Deposit is usually £25 for orders under £100 and 25% for bookings of over £100. Q) Do you have Public Liability Insurance? A) Yes we have £5 million Public Liability Insurance. Q) What happens if I cancel due to rain? A) You have up until 5pm on the night prior to the booking to cancel and we will transfer your deposit to another date.
	Q) How much clear space around the inflatable do I need? A) An extra 4ft around each side of the inflatable to allow for safety matting and for the blower and electrics. Q) Is there anything I need to provide? A) Yes, clear access and a clear area to setup. A 13amp power socket within 40 metres of the inflatable. Q) Do you supply generators? A) Yes we can supply a generator but these need to be booked in advance and have an additional charge. Charges are approx £25 per inflatable. We supply approx 4-5 hours worth of fuel. Q) Do you supply safety instructions? A) We provide you with general safety information which is sent to you with your booking confirmation and our staff can offer you advice. Q) Do you stay with the inflatables and supervise? A) In general we do not stay with the inflatables but you can book supervision at £15 per hour. Some items such as the Bungee Run and Rodeo Bull have supervision included in the cost. Q) Can I keep my inflatable overnight? 8pm onwards? A) Yes you can as long as the location is secure. 	Q) Do all of your inflatables have shower covers? A) Not all inflatables have shower covers, it generally tells you on the inflatable info page on this website if it has a shower cover or not. Q) What days can I hire a inflatable? A) Absolute Bounce offers pre-booked equipment for hire everyday of the year. Q) Can inflatables be setup on hard surfaces? A) As long as the area is clean and clear from stones and broken glass it is possible for most items. Please let us know when booking. Q) Can I collect the inflatable and set it up myself? A) Our public liability insurance strictly forbids this. The inflatable must be setup by an Absolute Bounce member of staff.
	Q) How much electricity does it cost to run an inflatable all day? A) Based on a 15x15 Castle running for 8 hours you would be looking at around £1.50
	Q) How long does it take to setup the Inflatables? A) Generally to setup a 15ft x 15ft castle takes around 10 - 15 minutes. This will be longer for multiple items and larger items and where access is over 20m from where the van is able to park.
