If the hirer is in any doubt as to the meaning of the following a representative from Absolute Bounce should be immediately consulted. Once you have read this form please sign and date it to signify you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions and give to an Absolute Bounce representative on the day of hire. Duplicate copies are available on the day of hire.

THE HIRER (who must be over 18) will during the period of hiring, be responsible for the supervision of all the equipment, its care and safety from damage however slight of any sort.
The hirer must supervise and be the authority for all activities at all times, stopping any play liable to cause injury to others or themselves.

Do not reposition the inflatable once an Absolute Bounce representative has set it up, doing so will invalidate any insurance.

Always ensure the inflatable is not over crowded, limit numbers according to the age and size and avoid mixing persons of different sizes.

No one must be on the inflatable during inflation or deflation.

When the surface area including mats becomes wet discontinue activities and towel dry all surfaces before allowing activities to continue.
No one over the age of 14 is permitted to use the inflatable, and failure to observe this limit at any time during the hire period will render the hirer to the associated repair costs.
The hirer shall not sub hire or allow the equipment to be used for any unlawful purpose.

The hirer shall be deemed to have inspected the equipment and to have agreed that Absolute Bounce has supplied it in good condition unless bought to the attention of Absolute Bounce at the completion of assembly. Any problems must be noted at this stage.

Do not use hosepipes or any water devices including water guns on the inflatable.
No BBQ’s or naked flames near the inflatable.
No shoes, food, drink, chewing gum or sweets on the inflatable.
No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used on or near the inflatable, this permanently stains and you will be charged for damage. 

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE   Absolute Bounce is protected by five million pound public liability insurance from any civil claim against defective equipment or improper installation. It is important that you understand this does not cover you or any of your guests if an accident occurs under the correct operating conditions or any ones conduct is proven to be outside of the terms and conditions. The insurance is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury to any third party or employee whether directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs or alcohol. 

ACCIDENTS All accidents no matter how minor must be reported to an Absolute Bounce representative and recorded on an accident form. If there were witnesses to the accident their statements must be added on the form. 

GIANT GAMES There is no age limit to players, however some games are not suitable for very young children as games such as Giant Jenga have heavy parts and are designed to fall over. The play boards of Twister, Snakes and Ladders can become slippery when wet, please try to keep them as dry as possible. The Giant Connect Four play board is heavy when erected and full of discs, keep small children away from all games incase of accidental push over during play.

DECLARATION I declare that I have read and understood the above terms and conditions of hire and any relevant safety instructions supplied with the equipment. I confirm that all the details are correct and I have a duplicate copy of this form. I sign this agreement aware of the implications and responsibilities placed on me by doing so
